It’s never too difficult to relate to anyone’s situation, whatever it may be. We all have weathered storms, we all have felt the joys and the pains that this life brings, and although we have felt them through experiences that may be different from someone else’s, the feelings were nevertheless the same. I mean, how often do we hear of someone talk about heartache or pain, and although we may not have gone through EXACTLY what they’re describing, we can think of something on par or comparable and in turn know exactly how that person may be feeling?

It’s crazy, I know that I may not have experienced the same degree of despair, or the same degree of ecstasy as some individuals, but I’ve damn sure carved a wide spectrum of emotional experience, and I honestly feel that I can relate something that has happened in my past to whatever anyone else may be going through.

We are all the same yet different, different yet the same. There’s no way around it.

Why does this shit still go so hard?

It’s just crazy, it’s truly perplexing when you stop and think about it… how we can mean the world to one person, yet be a nobody in the eyes of another. What is the reason for this, this such nebulous matter? It’s all based on energy in my opinion, it’s all just dependent on resonance.

We sometimes search so long and hard for that person or those people to bring into our life who will understand us and the complexities of our personality on a higher level than others, but in reality, if we are really in tune with something, there’s no need to even search for anything or anyone. It will just come, and the vibe shouldn’t be that easy to kill or else it wasn’t even meant to be…

Man it really is quite a task to change. I need to improve myself in so many ways… I’ve been such an asshole for so long. I guess I’m not the worst you could possibly be, but I know that there’s massive room for improvement in my case. It’s a gargantuan undertaking to take on new standards when we’re so used to complacency.

Alternatively we can see two people on a rollercoaster- both screaming- one with delight and excitement, the other in terror. Some people go through adversity and become bitter, resentful and fearful. Someone else goes through adversity and comes out on the other end stronger and wiser.

How we perceive the world all boils down to our perceptual filters. We don’t see the world as it is; we see it as we are. Each of us looks at the world through a window but we don’t realize that it is a window of our own perceptions.
